Alidad has received the House & Garden Outstanding Achievement Award, which “celebrates an individual whose contribution to design has been both enduring and transformative”. According to House & Garden, “Alidad’s work has not only shaped the way we think about interiors and interior architecture, but has influenced a wider generation of designers and makers.” 

Above all, the award recognises a remarkable person whose body of work will leave an indelible mark on the world of British design.”

Alidad was honoured for his impeccably tailored and beautifully layered spaces, as well as his curiosity, integrity and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Alidad comments - “I’m incredibly honoured to have received the House & Garden Outstanding Achievement Award. Looking back through these old issues, I’m reminded of just how much House & Garden has been part of my journey over the years. From the early features to the projects and stories that followed. Their continued support has meant so much to me.”

The House & Garden 2026 awards ceremony was held on Thursday 17th September 2026 at 180 House, London.
