Alidad’s consultancy service is designed for clients who want rare access to expert guidance without committing to a full-service interior design project. Our consultancy is flexible, efficient, and entirely led by the client. You can engage us for as much or as little as you need, without obligations or long contracts - simply clear, thoughtful advice that helps you achieve the home you want.

 

This guidance applies to both decoration and interior architecture. It may involve something very small - a furniture layout for a difficult room, choosing a cornice or skirting, selecting flooring, colours or textiles - or it may involve more complex decisions across an entire house. Whatever the scale, the aim is the same: to help you make the right choices from the start, avoid costly mistakes, and create a coherent interior that reflects your lifestyle and personality.

 

 HOW CONSULTANCY WORKS

1. Initial Meeting

We begin with a free 45-minute meeting - in our studio, or via zoom - to understand your project and requirements in detail. This allows us to clarify your priorities, discuss the scope of work, and determine where you need guidance.

It is extremely helpful if you bring any plans, sketches or photographs of your space, so we can offer meaningful advice from the first conversation.

 

2. Tailored Proposal

After the meeting, we prepare a proposal outlining how much time will be required to achieve what you need. Consultancy is completely flexible: it may continue for as long as you wish, it may end after the first meeting, or you may bring us back later in the project whenever you need further help.

 

3. What We Can Provide

Decoration & Soft Furnishings

  • A detailed furniture plan tailored to your space

  • Curtain designs, headboards and other soft furnishings

  • Selection of all fabrics, trimmings, upholstery and carpets

 

Spatial Planning & Interior Architecture

  • Advice on overall spatial layout

  • Guidance on architectural detailing and specifications

  • CAD drawings for anything you may require - from a complete bathroom to a single wardrobe door
