CONSULTANCY

Alidad Ltd is delighted to announce we are offering a brand-new consultancy service, which entails advice on the decoration of your property / room. This consultancy package is tailored to suit a project at any stage or style, be it beginning or end, maximalist or minimalist. This could be one day’s consultancy or multiple days along the project to suit whatever needs you may have. This service is flexible, so can be face to face or remote, including projects abroad.

The package will offer a variety of assistance, such as advice on floor plans, colour and fabric schemes, wallpaper and carpets, curtains, finishing touches and accessories, antiques, and advice on everything architectural and interior design related. Alidad’s aim is to help make the process as straight-forward and enjoyable as possible.

The work would commence with an initial introductory call with someone from our team, who will request further details about your project, so we can then recommend a time scale for the scope of work.

Following this initial conversation and estimated timeline, Alidad and his two assistants, will attend your property at an agreed date for their consultation. Following their visit, you will receive a follow-up report summarising Alidad’s advice.

Costs:

A minimum commitment of 4 hours (half a day) will be required for the consultancy service with Alidad and his two assistants.

Half a day Rate £3,250.00 + VAT (4 hours)

Daily Rate £ 6,500.00 + VAT (8 hours)      

Most of the work should be completed within the estimated timeline given in the initial call, however, any follow-up work, whether on site or remote, may be provided on an hourly basis. An estimate will be provided for approval in advance.

Properties located more than 15 kilometres from SW10, will incur additional travel costs.
